One of my most requested dishes (and recipe!) from co-workers is my Buffalo Chicken Dip. It is simple to make, you can even just throw everything in a Crockpot. And if you like hot chicken wings, chances are you will enjoy this appetizer.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 packages of cream cheese
1/2 large bottle of ranch dressing
1/2 package shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 rotisserie chicken
Frank’s Hot Sauce to taste
Shred the chicken meat. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan to heat up if you have less time or toss into a crockpot to warm if you have all day. Serve with tortilla chips and celery. Leftovers even reheat well. Pairs well with a nice, cold beer.
Adjust any measurements in the recipe to reflect your own personal preferences. Everyone likes their wings served differently. Some people might enjoy it more with bleu cheese dressing, others might like it with an overpowering amount of hot sauce, others still might like the flavor better with the whole bag of cheddar cheese.
